About the facilitators

For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.

Larisa is a certified yoga teacher and her classes are transformative spaces designed to challenge your limits and celebrate your growth. With her empowering yet supportive teaching style, Larisa creates a balance between effort and ease, helping you build strength, enhance flexibility, and discover your inner resilience. Expect to leave her sessions feeling empowered, balanced, and deeply connected to your body and mind.
