This is a space for playful, judgment-free creation, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
What to expect:
Sound Bath Meditation: Begin with a grounding 30 minutes sound bath to release stress and tune into your heart.
Intuitive Painting: Tap into your creativity as Ilinca guides you through an meditative process of color and form, where you’ll bring your vision to life guided by your creative intuition for 60 minutes. You will learn how to use acrylic colors and markers.
Deep Creative Flow: Enter a meditative state as you explore the free-flowing joy of creation.
Stress Relief: let go of any worry and care that you might have carried throughout the week
Essentials oils and scents: Stimulate your creativity through the power of aromatherapy. Enhance your creative flow and deepen your connection to the artistic process
