Downward dog, lotus position or cobra - under the guidance of the Mahalaya Yoga Studio’s teachers, you’ll have the opportunity to practice yoga under the starry sky of the planetarium and bring yourself into harmony with your body, mind and universe. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the big city behind you!

The unique atmosphere of the planetarium hall, where participants sit on the open space between the stage and the star projector, transforms every yoga session into an extraordinary experience.

Travel from your head to your heart and discover your inner cosmos. Explore the different qualities of Yin and Yang Yoga to bring body and mind into harmony. For 60 minutes, let reality linger in the stars and return to earth refreshed at the end.
