๐90 mins of Yin & Yang Yoga, Meditation followed by Kashmiri Kahwa tea(immunity booster), and journal writing to train our Subconscious mind in order to live a Mindful and happy life.
๐ We will start with Yin & Yang Yoga and meditation to find the grounding and work on Root Chakra.
๐Then get into guided body scanning meditation and breathwork for solar plexus( our second brain)
