๐ŸŒ˜90 mins of Yin & Yang Yoga, Meditation followed by Kashmiri Kahwa tea(immunity booster), and journal writing to train our Subconscious mind in order to live a Mindful and happy life.

๐ŸŒ˜ We will start with Yin & Yang Yoga and meditation to find the grounding and work on Root Chakra.

๐ŸŒ˜Then get into guided body scanning meditation and breathwork for solar plexus( our second brain)

๐ŸŒ˜ Journal writing to train our subconscious mind in order to understand ourselves from a deeper level.
