Hack your yoga practice with some tricks making you move more fluently and efficiently through your routines. In this workshop you will learn four easy movement principles that will help you to maintain good posture during hard poses without getting tired.
Among various others we will work through warrior pose, balance poses, planks and a few more, following the main principle to move from your strongest supporting part, ‘your center’.
