Nourish mind, body & spirit
Spring is a time of renewal and new beginnings, the increasing amount of light and energy will support your efforts to move closer to your vision for this year. We will use this energetic momentum to plant the seed for what you want to drive forward. We will do that by preparing a fertile soil within our body, mind and spirit. Through soft movement and breath we balance our body, as well as meditation and journaling exercises that will help to refresh and rejuvenate the mind. We will end the class with a Yoga Nidra session.

Meet your hosts:
Maria is a certified yoga and meditation teacher in various styles. Her mission is to connect mind and body through movement, breath and mediation. She believes that we consciously and unconsciously store a lot of tension in our bodies. She supports you in learning to direct your focus inward in order to be able to feel your own body more clearly.
Sophia is a certified trauma-informed master coach, facilitator, creative business consultant, yoga teacher and student, and former German lawyer. She draws from various disciplines of psychology, physiology, somatic therapy, trauma-informed therapy, behavioral analysis, breathwork, spirituality, and much more.
