This workshop is an invitation to decelerate and let go. With both Yin Yoga, a gentle yet consistent slow practice having transformative effects on the body and mind, and the nourishing frequencies of gongs and other musical instruments, allow yourself to open space for new possibilities.
Yoga Nidra is a state of restful awareness into which you will be guided while resting comfortably. Within that state, guided visualizations will help support your body to rest and recover, while the mind is settled and ordered, and the heart can open.
Learning how to release old patterns and hidden attachments through meditation, appreciation journaling, self-sabotage elimination technique, breath-work, and sound bath, this workshop will offer you a deeper observation and foundation on how to let go of all that isn’t serving and align yourself with your highest potential.
