As day and night find balance, we step into the energy of renewal and new beginnings. We’re inviting you for an evening in ceremony and sisterhood to welcome spring during the Spring Equinox.
This women's circle is a space to land deeper within yourself. We will awaken our bodies and slowly open up to the playful and fresh energy that spring brings into our lives. Aligning and honoring the natural rhythms supports us in connecting more deeply to our feminine nature.
During this journey, you will be supported by the cacao plant and local herbs.
Ceremonial Cacao is a plant that supports us in reawakening our feminine energy by guiding us into our bodies and hearts. Activating the wisdom that we hold in every cell of our bodies. Being also called Mama Cacao, this heart-opening and sacred drink feels like a warm, loving hug that encourages us to find the strength to express our truth.
In a guided meditation, we invite Freya - goddess of love, sensuality, and self-determination - to awaken within us, embracing freedom, passion, and the power to choose our own path.
From this open and receptive space, we will move into a dance journey where we allow our bodies to lead the way intuitively and express our emotional states. Expect influences from Pantarei bodywork, where we invite movement, breath, and sensation to guide us - releasing, receiving, and stepping fully into this new cycle of life.
We will integrate and finish with a nourishing cup of herbal tea, made from sacred herbs connected to spring, Freya, and her wisdom.
Prepare to be immersed in a transformative experience through ritual, loving conversations, and practices for the heart. Our Women's Circle will provide a container for sharing, openness, and supporting one another on our unique paths.

About the facilitator:
Jil is a Hypnosis & Breathwork Coach, and facilitator of embodied spaces. She’s offering spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings.
Rebecca is a teacher, mother, and Pantarei Bodywork practitioner (in training). With a deep passion for herbalism and nature-filled stories, she wants to create spaces where the divine (feminine) can bloom.
Together we love gathering women and creating spaces where everyone feels free to uncover and express their most authentic selves. Our circles are influenced by our own experiences and practices. Practices that allow us to land deeper within ourselves and align with our female, cyclic nature.
