Join me for a 5 Rhythms Evening Dance workshop - to dance the spirit of being alive. To rediscover gratitude in new ways. To express through dance your life’s vitality, to honor and reconnect to what is timeless, in the body, independent of news, independent from current times, independent of regulations, of collective malaise and ideologies.
With the help of potent 5 Rhythms exercises let us dance with empowerment to unmask and cast off the hypnosis of 2 dimensional disembodied virtual worlds, of regurgitated, commercialized and fearful interpretations of life. Let us connect with our essential selves, with others and with nature. Let us rebel yell with our unbridled dance, witnessed by the moment in time, by the earth and the sky, to be remembered by our hearts and minds: I am alive and no pandemic, no regulation, no fear mongering, no conspiracy theory will make me forget my vitality and the joy of being alive.

BODY WAVES playfully invoke high and deep physical presence through passionate dancing and powerful music. OLIVER is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5 Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. His background includes sacred movements and seated meditation in the direct lineage of G.I. Gurdjieff and a dedicated yoga practice (Teacher Certified by Richard Freeman). Oliver also is a musician. He has been based in Berlin and New York City, teaching the 5Rhythms and running his own business.
