Sarah will lead you through a guided hypnosis process. You are invited to travel back to your roots and activate the powerful energy that flows through your ancestry line into your system.

The hypnosis is usually described as a deep relaxing meditative state. You are always aware, awake and in control, and you will hear and remember everything that is said.
