Through shared experiences and empathetic connections, we embark on a journey of self-discovery in which we can gain valuable insights into our emotions, needs, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we learn to navigate our emotional landscape with clarity, accept ourselves without judgment, and approach life's challenges with compassion and kindness.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

In each group session we go through a transformative process that includes:

  1. Tuning into your body and connecting with the group.

  2. Sharing Circle in which 2-3 group members open up about their dilemmas, challenges, or problems and receive valuable feedback and reflections from the group, creating a learning opportunity for everyone involved and/or experiential mind-body practice designed to provide personal insights and foster growth.

  3. Relaxation Practice allowing you to integrate the experiences of the session leaving you rejuvenated and centered.
