Winter Solstice marks the end and the beginning of a cycle. The darkest day of the year rebirthing the sun. The sun nurtures the darkness with its rays of light. Our darkness. Bringing light into the dark. Birthing new beginnings. Transforming those things that lay dormant in our souls and now yearn to be seen and turned into matter.

A time to manifest what we wish to see in our lives. A time to start embodying our truth and becoming what we want to see in the world. A time to celebrate. A time to nourish.

The healing spirit of cacao will open our hearts and support us in remembering how it feels to approach life with an open heart. We create a loving field of acceptance, support, and trust.

Ceremonial cacao is a plant medicine that helps us to land back in our bodies and create out of surrender.

With cacao in our hearts, we will connect deeply with our true desires and plant the seeds for their manifestation in our lives.
