The Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes, and have the ability to restore the natural resonances of our body, mind and soul, bringing us back to harmony. In this sound journey, they are accompanied by the tuning forks, which will be providing specific frequencies to recalibrate our nervous system, allowing us to land in a deep sense of balance, peace and clarity.
