On December 31st, at the gates of the new year, BECYCLE invites you to join a special community-oriented yoga practice. To gather yourself, orient your vision, and be with the collective as we prepare to put this year behind and welcome new energy and experiences over the next 365 days. Expect uplifting music, sweaty and challenging yoga sequencing to clear the system and time for deep stretching to re-set the nervous system at the end.
