Hosted by Malte Steinhoff from b23 with guest DJ Brascon
Meditation meets Ecstatic Dance meets Electronic Music.
Every Friday evening we come together for a cozy & meditative dance session at b23 to shake off the tensions of every-day life & connect with our bodies in a mindful & playful way. We start in a circle, enter into our bodies , move through a carefully curated journey of electronic music, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, releasing, connecting. Tickets are limited to ensure sufficient space for everyone.
Every body is welcome and no prior dance experience needed. Make sure to wear or bring comfy clothing and your water bottle.
“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.”
— Alan Watts
About the DJ
Brascon (he/him) is a self-proclaimed Berlin electronic music producer and the child of two music teachers. After years of music lessons on the accordion, he started creating mid-range beats for hip-hop productions in 2008. In 2012, he began to discover his love for electronic music in Berlin clubs. After celebrating his first release in 2015, many collaborations and releases with international artists followed and he was able to seek and find his place in the music business more and more.
He is co-founder of the labels "Peace Peter Records" and "YION". He is also a member of the electro-pop band "DAS MAER" and "A World of Strangers" and plays festivals in such constellations and works with many collaborations, true to the motto: "What rusts, rusts".
After two albums under "Brascon", he has also been working under the alias "Georg Arnim" since 2022, which gives him the opportunity to take the youth project Brascon in a more sophisticated direction and explore the world of 3D sounds.
