YOGA | CACAO CEREMONY | SOUND BATH

Sarah and Uta will be taking you on a journey to yourself – to start the new year with a clear mind & an open heart. What do you want to let go and what to invite into this starting year? Take this day to attune your mind to your heart’s desire and to plant seeds for the upcoming months.

LET GO. SET YOUR INTENTION. AND LET THE ENERGY FLOW INTO IT.

We will start the day with a heart opening cacao ceremony to create space for your desires and dreams, followed by chanting mantra and a detoxing vinyasa twist flow by Uta to let go and release.

After this cleansing flow, we will wind down with meditation and a Yin Yoga flow connected to the TCM winter element water to support clarity and trust, led by Sarah.

A sound bath at the end will increase your frequency so you can fully connect to the vibration within and around you.

Sarah is a yoga teacher, hypnosis therapist and an intuitive healer. With her natural and gentle being Sarah teaches modern spirituality, how to harness the power of the subconscious mind and connect to the ancient knowing within.

ABOUT UTA

Uta is a dancer and yoga teacher with the focus on dynamic vinyasa & ashtanga yoga and intuitive movements. Uta shares her holistic understanding of yoga and mindfulness in a playful and creative way and can't wait to share her knowledge with you.
