Autumn Gong Sound Bath: A Transformative Sound Journey

  • Bodhispace 12 Neckarstraße Berlin, BE, 12053 Germany (map)

Hosted by Vanine

As the autumn blows open the doors and the year comes to an end, you’re invited to slow down and turn inward taking a moment to reflect and integrate the year. This Gong Sound Bath Meditation will be held in the serene ambiance of a Buddhist center, Boddhispace.

This experience offers a profound journey inward, guiding you through deep Gong vibrations and accompanying instruments. We start with a meditation and breath practice then relax into the Gong vibrations. We close with a sharing circle. All tools will be provided, wear comfortable clothes and maybe bring an extra layer.

Bring an intention, and leave behind the expectations.

Join us for an afternoon of meditative deep vibrations and connection with yourself.

What is Gong Sound Meditation

Gong is a sacred instrument of transformation and guides you into a state of profound relaxation, where the ordinary dissolves, and the extraordinary unfolds. Each gong bath is unique, connected to our presence and openness to receive. How you arrive to a Gong bath and which intentions you hold are magnified through Gong vibrations.

Before and after care: Our body is made of 70% water, which resonates as the gong is played. Stay hydrated before and after the experience.
