Winter Retreat with Naama

March 6th - March 9th, 2025 • Brandenburg, Germany

Yoga ~ Feldenkrais ~ Movement

This winter retreat guided by somatic educator - Naama Ityel - will create the time and space to slow down in a unique way. Step out of your daily routine and into a state of deep listening to yourself and to nature. During the retreat, Naama will create an environment for exploration, joyful learning, and growth.

Using physical, mental, and spiritual practices this retreat will awaken new insights and offer fresh experience of all levels of yourself. We will perceive internal rhythms, recharge, and embody our spiritual path.

Program

A few methods will be used to deepen connections to ourselves and our bodies:  Asana (postures & movements), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Meditation. These practices will be enriched by other modalities, including Feldenkrais and movement exploration.

We will explore and learn how to:

  • Create space in our body and mind
