YOGA at Lobe Block is thrilled to introduce their first 200-hour yoga teacher training, led by their lead teachers Ulrike, Christina and Martina. With over 33 years of combined teaching experience, they will guide you through this immersive and practice-oriented training.

Delving deep into the knowledge of asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and anatomy.

They will teach modern, practice-oriented principles of applied anatomy and alignment, while exploring innovative approaches to yoga and personal development.

Language: This training will be held in German with some classes in English

This Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training at YOGA at Lobe Block is characterized by its down-to-earth and dogma-free approach. Different yoga styles coexist harmoniously with one another. The focus is on personal expression rather than perfection. A central goal of the training is to help you develop your own, authentic style.

    Asanas are the physical poses that take us into the depths of our practice, while the study of anatomy deepens our understanding of the body's structures and functions. Alignment & Sequencing ensure that each pose is performed safely and effectively, while hands-on assists provide individual support and precise adjustments to refine the practice. Together, these elements create a comprehensive and transformative yoga experience.

    Philosophy & Tradition teach us the timeless wisdom of yoga, while spirituality deepens the inner journey and self-connection. Sanskrit & Mantra use sacred sounds to expand consciousness and deepen practice. Together they open up a deeper, spiritual dimension to the yoga experience.

  • Meditation | Pranayama | Buddhist Zen Meditation

    Meditation, pranayama and Buddhist Zen meditation are key practices in yoga that explore and transform our inner world. Meditation promotes mindfulness and inner peace, while pranayama uses breath control to regulate energy and awareness. Buddhist Zen meditation guides us to deep serenity and clarity through silent concentration and simplicity. Together, these techniques open paths to a deep, fulfilling inner practice.

  • It can always happen that you cannot attend an appointment for various reasons. That is not a problem. In such cases, we will give you homework related to the topic so that you can catch up on the material at home and not miss anything. Nevertheless, such training also means a commitment to yourself, which is why it would be ideal if you consciously take time for it so that you don't miss too much.

  • The training is designed to further consolidate your practice and accompany you on your path to a deeper, more conscious practice. All bodies are different. We pay attention to your attitude to the practice and how you work with your body as it is. What is important to us, however, is your potential for growth and development as a committed practitioner :)

During this teacher training, in addition to the main teachers, inspiring guest teachers will share their valuable knowledge with you. Among them is esteemed teacher Soujanya (EN), who will give us deep insights into philosophy and tradition.
Kim (DE), a true expert in hands-on assists, will bring her extensive experience, while Kendy (EN) will introduce us to the art of the voice. In addition, Christiana (DE) will share her wealth of applied anatomy with you.

    Martina is dedicated to a yoga practice based on mindfulness, self-compassion and conscious body awareness.

    Her teaching style, characterized by Yin elements, offers a calming and nourishing experience. She sees this approach as a valuable break from the hectic and overstimulated everyday life of the modern world, which enables inner peace and balance.

    ANATOMY & SANSKRIT

    Christiana is a dedicated yoga teacher and body educator who focuses on healthy and holistic alignment.

    For her, yoga and free movement are a way of life and an essential source of self-connection in everyday life. In her courses, workshops and yoga retreats, she integrates principles from Shanta Vira Yoga® and Body-Mind Centering® to support and deepen this path.

    Soujanya is a passionate yoga teacher who began her yoga journey in childhood with her mother and has continually deepened her practice through self-development.

    After completing her training at the Yoga Institute Mumbai and Indea Yoga Mysore, she is firmly convinced that yoga not only strengthens the body but also empowers the mind. * Classes are held in English

    HOLISTIC VOCAL COACHING

    Kendy is a holistic voice coach, musician and doula. Her work includes ceremonies, rituals and interactive experiences that are deep and powerful.
