Mornings begin with grounding practices that set the tone for the day. As the day unfolds, immerse yourself in empowering workshops featuring Connected Confidence Techniques, where you’ll learn tools to build self-trust, embrace your strengths, and step boldly into your authentic self.

Evenings are a time for deep restoration and inner peace. Practices like Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing guide you into a space of profound relaxation and renewal, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and embrace a sense of wholeness.

The retreat will take place at nook Bad-Saarow - a hotel rooted in nature, connected to modern life, with a private pier and exclusive lake access. Bad Saarow is located just 60km outside of berlin but it feels like a world away. Glide effortlessly by train for a swift 1 hour and 15 minutes, or opt for a leisurely drive through the scenic beauty of Brandenburg at your own pace.

Aleks Kop is a grounded and approachable confidence coach who brings a practical approach to personal development.

With a foundation in yoga, her coaching extends to areas crucial for modern living, focusing on clarity, decision-making, and overcoming everyday obstacles like indecisiveness and fear of pursuing one’s goals.

Aleks employs practical techniques including meditation, breathwork, inner child work, connected goal setting, and sleep cycle support to create a tailored coaching experience.

Her down-to-earth coaching style is designed to help individuals navigate life's challenges with confidence. Whether it’s making bold decisions, finding direction, or improving personal and professional relationships, Aleks’s methods are about achieving real, tangible improvements in your life.
