Usui Reiki Level 1 Online Course - Shoden

Shoden is a Japanese word that means 'first teaching' and this training is the first step on the path of healing and self-discovery

In the first level of Reiki training you will receive the Reiki Level I placement which will enable you to channel Reiki to help relieve stress, emotional pain and physical symptoms - calming, healing, and supporting the mind, body and spirit.

Reiki is a powerful tool to support yourself on difficult days, help you fall asleep, make you feel safe, loved and at peace with yourself.

❊ Gassho meditation

❊ Byosen Scanning: Using the sensitivity in the hands to
locate areas needing healing and treat them

❊ Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field

❊ Placement for Reiki Level I

❊ Reiki Self Care Rituals for self-love, grounding and to imbue
sacred objects with Reiki

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time.

You will receive a comprehensive class manual and a certificate. As your Reiki Master/ teacher, I will continue to be available in the future for support and guidance.

Learning Reiki Online

Learning Reiki online via live video training works just as well as in person. Reiki energy flows through intention and isn’t bound by space or time. I have done my Reiki level 1 and level 2 training in person and my Master training online. The setting if the course is different but the attunement itself is just as powerful. Reiki online courses are a great option if you live in a different place or your time is very limited and you want to learn Reiki comfortably from home.

In the process of learning to be a healer, we'll be practicing on each other and receive healing as well. This is a wonderful class for the beginner and is also valuable for those who have already taken Reiki training.

Meet your guide

Marlena Cuerlis

Marlena has been working as a certified Reiki Master for over five years, treating hundreds of clients and teaching the magic of Reiki. She has been attuned up to the Master level by the American Reiki Master William Lee Rand as well as by the Japanese Reiki Master and Buddhist Monk Hyakuten Inamoto. Her style of Reiki is a combination of the Western teachings of Hawayo Takata and the Japanese Reiki techniques. You can find her lineage here.
