Rika is a Shiatsu, Feng Shui, Theta Healing and Deep Embodiment Breathwork practitioner.
Water is her element. Sensitivity is her strength. Whoever she meets, she takes care of. Lovingly and encouragingly at the same time.
Her art is touch. She wants to touch people, inspire them with non-verbal language and remind them of how fundamental it is. Because touch connects us, touch gives us the opportunity to experience connection. That knowledge is at the core of Rika’s work which is all about getting in touch with yourself, with others and with the environment.
