A full and complete pilates teacher training experience in Berlin. Carolina has dedicated all her efforts and time to be as detailed as possible preparing this pilates teacher training. Carolina has drawn upon her 13 years of studies on body movement, posture and alignment, to develop this teacher training and help you reach your most complete and confident way of teaching and managing your classes.
Pilates is a science in which the correct posture and alignment are essential for a practice designed to develop flexibility, real strength & resilience, through a proper training focused on the physiological nature of the living human body structure in a space.
In this teacher training we will make clear how to work correctly with the muscles, in tune with the joints, ligaments and skeletal system, to achieve tone, proper strength, confidence to face every kind of Workout or Power Pilates classes.
We will look at a large amount of tools and technical skills to build and fine-tune your teacher-training pilates system, to realize optimally your teaching competence for your classes. On the one hand about Postural Pilates, to improve posture and relieving tensions, healing eventual problems due previous incorrect habit and position . On the other hand you will learn more dynamic classes like Power Pilates and Pilates Flow to give variety to your classes.
Communication is an essential part of a good class. We will look at the key words and phrases to use to make ourselves accurately and clearly understood by our students.

Modules
Organic Anatomy: Low back, most common problems, spinal alignment, stability. Exercises - Upper Back - Cervical Zone: Mobility, stability, alignment, self-massage. Most common problems, Exercises.
Postural Pilates and alignment - Pilates breathwork
Myofascial System, Myofascial Pilates, Crossed system, Sliding Nerves
All exercises prone and supine - quadruped - standing - etc. & tools.
Different styles of Pilates - How design the class? - Clear and safe communication.

How to introduce myself for job offers
All classes can be taken in person (BOARÉ STUDIOS) or online.
Each class will be recorded and sent to each student with the possibility of downloading it so that all the material is always available.
10 hour classes once a month for theory and practice (Saturday meetings)
Weekly classes for self-practice
Observation classes
All classes will be recorded so that you can watch them whenever you want.

About Carolina
Carolina has a long time experience with which she has developed an extensive background as a Pilates teacher and Yogi due a continuous research about body movement, spanning over more than a decade. She studied with top instructors in Argentina and Italy with which she became a qualified Pilates, Yogi and postural Yoga Therapist; her teaching extends to diverse groups of individuals, ranging from those with specific spinal problems or pathologies to larger groups engaging in more intense workout activities.
