2-3 Hours live classes every week with guided meditation & painting class

The course will take place online every Wednesday from September 18th to October 30th, from 14:00 - 17:00
Program Time & Dates
2-3 hours call once a week for 6 weeks with teaching (all levels) + energy work through guided meditations, breathing and visualizations
+ live oil painting practice together
We will open and close each session with a short centering and anchoring meditation on top of the main energy guided journey
We will be playing with sand, gesso, gold pigments & gold leaves and odorless oil paint in a juicy way!
