  • Full Moon Ritual – 13th April 2025 There will be a special full moon ritual to honor the natural cycles of the moon and the feminine energy associated with it, offering a unique and enriching cultural experience.

Meet your hosts

  • Corinnne is a dedicated practitioner of Asian healing arts, specializing in Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Tuina Anmo, and herbal pharmacology. Her journey expanded to Ayurveda in India, deepening her holistic approach to wellness. With expertise in Japanese Toyohari and Keiraku Chiryo acupuncture, as well as Yoga, Sri Vidya, Shakta Tantra, and Advaita Vedanta, she integrates diverse traditions to support women's vitality and balance. Since 2005, she has studied the ancient wisdom of India and Nepal. Corinne also serves as a teaching and clinical assistant at Shou Zhong TCM School in Berlin, continuously expanding her knowledge and practice.

  • Born and raised in Nepal, Ramesh began his yoga practice at the age of 7, immersed in the teachings of the Nada (sound, vibration) lineage. Sound has always been central to his practice, shaping his approach to yoga and meditation. Over the years, Ramesh deepened his knowledge under the mentorship of his gurus, expanding his expertise to include Sanskrit philosophy, mantras, and energy work.

    As the founder of CalmSutra Studio in Kathmandu, Ramesh brings the profound wisdom of Eastern traditions to the West. Through individual and group sessions, he combines yoga, mindful movement, sound, and chanting, offering a transformative experience that blends ancient practices with modern mindfulness. His teachings are rooted in years of dedicated practice, creating a space for healing, growth, and connection.

To secure your spot, a €500 deposit is required at the time of booking. Upon confirming your booking, you’ll receive an email with bank details for a direct transfer or the option to pay by credit card. The remaining balance will be due 5 weeks before departure.
