Warm climate, bright sun, long beaches and impressive landscapes - not without reason the Canary Islands are also called the European Hawaii.
Get into flow with a conscious start to the day and exercise in nature. Expect a week full of yoga, meditation, movement sessions and time for surfing. In addition, there are excursions included to get to know the country and its people.
Look forward to an energizing week for body and mind and return to your everyday life with new inspiration and clear goals and intentions for the new year to come.
On our excursions you will see different places and get to know the wonderful nature and culture of Fuerteventura. The ocean is waiting for you. You will have the opportunity to take surf lessons (optional) or (if you're already experienced) go surfing yourself.
Focus: arrive, switch off and welcome the new year together with sun on your face. In this week you can let go of everything, take a deep breath and relax, we'll take care of the rest for you!
Set your goals and intentions
Often our New Year's resolutions are ridiculed. But what are you going to accomplish without any goals? We all strive for a fulfilled life. Our goals are our inner drive for that. That for which we live. Your goals can be small. Maybe your goal is to be more relaxed and content in your life. If we have clear intentions we can achieve what we want. And the good thing is: we will achieve it. Step by step. In a coaching-workshop, we will jointly record and write down our individual goals for 2025! Anke, a certified Theta Healing® practitioner, will work with the Theta Healing® meditation technique for manifesting.

Yoga
The thematically coordinated yoga and meditation sessions will give you new food for thought, stimulate your creativity and intuition as well as life force. The varied sessions are suitable for all levels and no previous experience is necessary.
Yoga style: Hatha Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga. The focus of the Yoga lessons will lie on an holistic practice involving a sweating body and a resting mind. The exercise sequences are strengthening and they relax your body and mind. The classes consist of flowing and dynamic elements, as well as asanas that are held longer as known from traditional Hatha and Yin Yoga. Apart from the correct execution of the postures the focus equally lies on Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and Yoga philosophy so that you experience Yoga in all its fullness and depth. The holistic yoga practice not only improves your body tension, but also gives you strength and flexibility that will enrich and inspire you beyond the Yoga mat.
Movement
The Movement Sessions are based on Movement Culture and functional training. Movement Culture aims to fully utilize the huge movement potential of the human body. It is not about perfection, but about giving the body what it needs. In the sessions in the shala, at the pool or at the beach you will get to know different forms of movement and training approaches and practice them playfully. We will mainly use our own body weight.
You can look forward to different approaches from Animal Flow, Handstand, HIIT, Functional Training, Coordination, Flexibility and Strength. We don't want to go to over our limit, but that doesn't mean we won't sweat. All "fitness levels" are welcome. It's all about fun, well-being and a group feel. There is no competition. That is very important. After the workouts you will feel energized, satisfied and invigorated. You will learn new ways of moving and gain a lot of inspiration for your own exercise program!
Food
This year Sharon Rech will do her magic and prepare amazing, healthy, vegetarian and vegan meals for us. She is a professional chef and you can look forward to culinary highlights!
She will prepare a brunch everyday, 3 dinners and snacks for in between.
Surfing
Fuerteventura is a mecca for outdoor and water sports fans. What makes surfing so special is the freedom and the flow experience. The love for surfing is what connected Anke and Daniel throughout their friendship. Surf lessons can be booked on site and through an external surf school.
The Villa
In our chic Balinese-style villa there is one thing above all: plenty of space and opportunities to relax. In the garden you will find a dining area, a pavilion with couches and various sitting areas. In addition, the yoga shala, the large pool and sun loungers.
Inside the house, the highlight is the spacious living and dining area with a large couch, dining table and bar. There is also a spacious quadruple room, two twin rooms and two double rooms and four bathrooms. Those arriving with their own car will find plenty of parking in front of the house.
The Bali Villa is located in the quiet village of Lajares. A 10 minute walk will take you to nice cafes, surf stores, boutiques, bars, restaurants, live music and the market.
Retreat location
Due to its convenient location, you can reach the north, east and west sides of the island within 15 minutes by car.
You’ll have the choice between different beaches, sunrise or sunset, dunes or cliffs.
On one side the quiet surfer village El Cotillo with its wide beaches, cliffs and sunsets and on the other side lively Corralejo with its famous dunes, its clubs and bars and a lot of shopping.
Two cars will be available for our excursions and common activities, which we can also use for other trips and transports.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival & departure is individual. The nearest airport is Fuerteventura and about 35 minutes away by car. Flights are available from €50 each way (example Ryanair from Berlin 7.1.). The villa is a few minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the village center of Lajares. Corralejo and El Cotillo are about 15 minutes away by car.

The magic of Yoga and meditation has not left me since.

Daniel gets excited for fitness & nutrition and is a movement talent. He is a generalist who swims, surfs, climbs, cycles and loves to play outdoors. He gets inspiration from acrobatics, calisthenics, CrossFit, HIIT and movement culture. He likes to challenge himself and his group with creative and varied workouts.
His sunny mood and open nature create a pleasant workout atmosphere that is all about having fun while trying to push participants out of their comfort zone (and sometimes to their limits)! Daniel has a very broad view of the human body. Through his know-how as well as his high empathy and sensitivity he gets a holistic view of the human body and understands his participants also beyond their body.
