With intentional preparation efforts, we set ourselves up for a safe(r) and more profoundly insightful and/or healing experience. And with a commitment to the integration process after the experience, we work to truly ground the teachings and/or healing from the experience into our being and our daily lives, in a way that brings us into greater alignment with our essence and authenticity, and that benefits not only ourselves, but our communities, our environment, and beyond.
