Let us slow down and re-center, re-emerging after winter

Spend a long weekend surrounded by nature in a cozy farmhouse in Mecklenburg during this retreat guided by Eva - Founder of Vea Yoga Studio.

We will reconnect with ourselves through meditation, asana practice, and pranayama, helping us gain clarity on where we are and where we wish to go as we emerge from winter and embrace the onset of spring.

What to expect

Starting the day with a dynamic, energizing Jivamukti practice, there will be an optional workshop style class in the afternoon plus grounding yin practices and breath work in the evening.

You’ll have the option to share your experiences and connect with yourself, find your voice through chanting, and foster a clearer sense through journaling.

There will be plenty of opportunities to relax, read, explore nature, enjoy the sauna, and connect with wonderful people while savoring delicious, nourishing vegan meals.

Optional digital detox and periods of silence will also be available for those who wish to unwind fully.

Hey there - I am Eva, the founder of vea STUDIO

I never really felt that I fit in the 'Yoga Scene' - first in NY and then in Berlin. Neither as a student nor a teacher. 

I teach a quite physical practice, for one, because that is what comes to me naturally, but also from my experience, how important it was for me to play my edges, to challenge myself to gain more confidence in my body and myself. Accept failure, not as defeat but an opportunity to grow.

I am interested in how your body moves, how we can change patterns, how to feel more, sometimes better, sometimes uncomfortable! I believe in strong bodies over bendy ones! I am not interested in pushing you into a fancy asana for the sake of it. We will still practice them, but we will probably fail together (many times)

Location

The retreat will take place at NONNA Hof.
