Through a holistic practice of meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, creative impulses and mindful moments of silence, you’ll have the opportunity to get into your flow. Yoga practice: With a balanced practice of powerful Vinyasa Yoga in the morning and relaxing Yin Yoga in the evening, you will bring body and mind into harmony.
Essential oils: Every yoga practice is accompanied by the power of different essential oils.
Heart-opening cacao ceremony: Dive into the depths of your heart and open yourself to the dreams that want to arise within you.

Vegan Food: Our retreat offers you nourishing, delicious and 100% vegan meals that provide your body with healthy, plant-based ingredients and strengthen you on all levels.

The listed Lenzen Castle is located in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve River Landscape Elbe Brandenburg, surrounded by a more than 5 hectare, organically certified castle garden, directly on the Löcknitz River. The ahead burghotel Lenzen stands for a sustainable approach. Ecological rooms, a large sun terrace, a light-flooded breakfast conservatory with a view of the castle garden and a purely plant-based restaurant await you.
The spa area with a Finnish and a bio sauna as well as a relaxation room invites you to unwind. The yoga room, under the roof of the castle, creates a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Of course, your physical well-being is also taken care of - look forward to a rich breakfast buffet in the morning and a delicious 2-course dinner together in the evening. This idyllic retreat is located between Berlin and Hamburg and is easily accessible by car. There are also train connections to Wittenberge and from there you can continue by bus to Lenzen.

Anika is a yoga teacher (over 300 hours) and patholinguist from Berlin. She offers holistic retreats and open yoga classes. The focus is on a mindful yoga practice that offers a balance of dynamism and calm. She integrates intuitive movements, conscious breathing and time for silence to promote a deeper connection to one's own body and mind.

Jasmin is a yoga teacher (over 500 hours) and Reiki practitioner from Berlin. Her open courses and individually tailored 1:1 treatments create calming and powerful experiences at the same time. With her background in event management, she also plans holistic events and retreats to create a space for relaxation and self-care.
