As a certified yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative), Breathwork Facilitator, & Sound Healer, Lucie is passionate about holding spaces and sharing her energy, leading groups with powerful tools such as breathwork, meditation, sound journeys, intuitive movements and spiritual guidance.
Sarah is a yoga teacher, hypnosis therapist, medium, intuitive healer and founder of www.the-healer-within.com. With the inherited cell memory and the wisdom of the body & soul Sarah is opening the door to the subconscious field and guiding people through gentle but powerful & deep classes.
