An evening to explore the fluidity of the feminine through intuitive movements.

A cacao ritual will support us to ground and connect to our roots. This will be a sacred space where we honor the earth, the spirit of its healing plants, and our bodies‘ wisdom.

There is much power in allowing our bodies to guide us. It is through feeling it all and its expression that we can meet ourselves deeply. The raw and sensual side of the feminine. A place from where we can relate with authenticity and keep our hearts open. During our evening we will explore the transition from tension to relaxation, from stillness to movement, from control to flow, from numbness to feeling–expanding your ability to embody your truth.

About the facilitator

Jil offers her work as a Hypnosis Coach, Ceremonialist and Breathwork facilitator in Berlin. She’s opening spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings that invite a stronger connection to oneself and nature that we are part of. The core of her offerings is the cacao plant and the work with women specifically to foster the connection to the earth and their own natural cycles.
