Amidst the calming energy of winter, we’ll journey through Yin Yoga, meditative singing, and the soothing power of essential oils. These practices will guide us into a state of deep connection – with ourselves, each other, and the energies of this transformative time.

About the facilitator
Nelli founded Mahalaya Yoga Studio in 2012. Her first great love of yoga was hot yoga and she has been teaching this hot form of yoga since 2008. Over the years, she has completed numerous further training courses in the areas of nutrition, yoga, body and healing work. Her Yin Yoga training and her work with Ana Forrest have particularly influenced her. For Nelli, yoga is far more than just a sequence of postures. It is a holistic practice that can have profound effects on a physical, emotional and mental level.
