This workshop is a 2 hour guided movement journey, accompanied by live music. You will have the opportunity to explore your individual way of moving and how your natural body language communicates. How do I move? How does my movement express itself? How can I communicate with others without words? This workshop gives space for spontaneous play, interactivity with music, connection to a group and a deepening of self-trust.
