Cha Dao is an ancient Chinese practice that honors tea as a spiritual elixir for calming the mind and connecting us back with nature. Tea as a plant medicine, awakened by hot water, helps us to listen to our body and heart, see extraordinary in ordinary, and feeling in harmony and presence. She connects us back to what we already know by simply breathing and being alive.

There is something in the nature of tea that leads us into a world of quiet contemplation of life. It allows us to rest from all that has been and makes space for all that will come. It guides us. Just let it.

About Liva:
Liva grew up gathering herbal teas in the meadows throughout the Latvian summers, fell in love with the leaf and a few decades later found herself diving deeper into The Way of Tea ancient ceremony practice in the ‘Tea Sage Hut Center’ in Taiwan. She is actively serving tea in Riga, Berlin and Paris, and looks to constantly enrich her knowledge in the vast world of tea.
