It is believed that our five major organs – lungs, heart, kidney, liver and spleen – hold different negative emotions. Along with that, each of these organs has an assigned unique sound that resonates with it and helps to release negative emotions trapped in the organ, and replace them with fresh healing Qi energy.​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​The Six Healing Sounds practice is a simple yet powerful tool to promote physical, energetic, and emotional healing and balance. The sounds are used to generate certain frequencies for specific healing. Each sound can generate different energy for the healing of different organs. ​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​Each Alchemy Bowl carries an individual music note or vibrational frequency which activates one or more energy centres or chakras. Alchemy Crystal Bowls are infused with minerals, crystals, precious stones and metals like Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Emerald, Gold, Platinum, etc. The unique properties of the minerals, crystals and metals amplify and expand the vibration of each bowl; simultaneously causing an effect on many levels.​​​​​​​​
