Joie from KISMET BERLIN and Swetlana from INHALE EXHALE JOURNEYS have partnered up for an informative and restorative session to usher in the hopeful energy of springtime. The event will comprise two parts, a workshop on crystals and then a relaxing alchemical crystal bowl soundbath.

11 – 11:40 am: CRYSTAL WORKSHOP with JOIE

Joie, the founder of @kismetberlin will be imparting her passion and knowledge of crystals and how to work with them in everyday life. The 40 minute introductory workshop will focus on how to choose, cleanse, care for and re-charge crystals, learn which crystals correspond to different chakras and how they can be used in rituals and meditation. 

11:50 am – 12:30pm: ALCHEMICAL SOUNDBATH with SWETLANA

Swetlana from @inhaleexhalejourneys is a breathwork facilitator, sound healing professional and Forrest Yoga teacher from Berlin, who has obtained over a thousand hours of training in her field. During the session you will be guided through a relaxing meditation with the sound of Crystal Tones Singing Bowls that are world famous for their rich and soothing overtones & their alchemical healing properties.
