This class is for all yogis that seek to deepen their relationship to nature. Living in a big city like Berlin sometimes separates us from the wisdom of nature like the seasonal cycle and the quality it invokes in us.
The four elements earth, water, fire, and air are physical materials and energies that comprise the world around us. Through pranayama, asanas and free movement we connect with the elements in the physical and energy body. Let your conversation with your body foster the relationship to yourself through embracing the elemental qualities that nature is made of and so are you.
About the facilitator
Martina is dedicated to a yoga practice based on mindfulness, self-compassion and conscious body awareness. Her teaching style, characterized by Yin elements, offers a calming and nourishing experience. She sees this approach as a valuable break from the hectic and overstimulated everyday life of the modern world, which enables inner peace and balance.
