This first new moon of the year - in Aquarius - is about breaking down our limitations and expanding our vision about ourselves. We will share a moment of self-reflection for journaling about our unique traits, our authentic wishes and our dreams, new goals and projects of the year. While drinking cacao together we will have an introspective time to plant seeds for our future. 

In astrology, a new moon is a time for a new beginning and a fresh start. When combined with ceremonial cacao and setting clear our intentions, the energy of the new moon is very powerful. The tree of cacao (Theobroma cacao) is native to the deep tropical regions of North and South America. It has been used by different indigenous tribes throughout the continent for its nutritional and ceremonial value, especially among the Mayan and Aztec cultures. Cacao was considered in many civilizations as 'the food of the gods'.

To finish the night we will be guided into a sound journey with individual reiki sharing. Benefits include relaxation, stress reduction, pain and tension relief, and improved sleep. It can also elevate the feelings of our spiritual well-being, increase focus and clarity, decrease tension and fatigue, and help with reaching deeper states of consciousness and self-awareness.

The ceremony will be held at JOY Space @joyspace_berlin by Cristina (@mitotili ) and Ola (@healingfrequenciez). Serving cacao from Bali.
