This class brings feeling and insight together through movement & somatic therapy to support people stepping into their authentic self and living more fully.
Embrace Sunday’s day of healing, resourcing for the week to come with this immersive sensory experience, combining such practices as yoga, meditation, breath and workout, plus special lighting, sound and scent.
