We will explore several variations, including the traditional Salamba Sirsasana, Tripod Headstand, and different entry techniques to suit various levels and abilities. You will also work on developing core and shoulder strength, overcoming fear, and refining body awareness through guided drills and modifications.

About the facilitator
For Ana, sharing yoga is about creating a safe space where students can immerse themselves in the present moment and work towards personal growth and introspection. Through asana, pranayama, and mindfulness, she guides them towards the ultimate goal of meditation. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Yin, or Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior, integrate breath and movement in a way that fosters deep awareness and inner peace.
