Join us to flow outdoor and enjoy Vinyasa Yoga under the open sky. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice combining movement and breath to a meditative flow that equally stretches and strengthens the body. Come as you are, all Levels are welcome.
CHECK-IN
Please show the teacher your booking confirmation and bring your own mat or blanket. Maybe take a sun blocker and something to drink with you. If you have hay fever, please be mindful with yourself.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel, optional your own yoga props. Please wear sun protection and bring something to drink with you.

We will meet here on the ground floor at the foyer of Colonia Nova and go up to the rooftop together (there is an elevator for us to use).
WEATHER
The night before we are checking the weather forecast. The class will be canceled if its below 16 degree and/or supposed to rain. In this case your bookings will be refunded.
