The beginning of the year is a time where we reflect and connect with our growth from the previous year, we dream and create visions for the upcoming year. To open our hearts, to plant new intentions, and to manifest our visions we will meet in January with lovely Freddi. We will begin this year with nurturing restorative yoga, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and rituals to manifest our visions and dreams.
