the end of the year is so close, a time where we reflect and connect with our growth. we dream and create visions for the upcoming year.

to open our hearts, to plant new intentions, and to manifest our visions we will meet on January 7th with our lovely teacher Freddi from @peaceofmindstudios_

we will begin this year with nurturing restorative yoga, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and rituals to manifest our visions and dreams.
