Setting new intentions is the birth of manifestations. It’s a new beginning, a new start. It’s a sacred place of purity and clarity. We will focus on Cleansing the Body and Mind with lovely Rituals. ‍ We will start our moon ceremonies with our lovely friends from Peace of Mind and plant some seeds with you. We will meet on new moon and dive into the subtle moon’s energy together. ‍ Freddi will guide you through a grounding yin practice accompanied by some healing gong sounds and a ritual to set intentions for the upcoming cycle.It’s all about finding balance, harmony and clarity.
