Body & Ritual is a three-part series taking place in Berlin on the relationship to ourselves, the other, and our collective humanity.

Through a combination of conscious connected breathwork (BBTRS®), Self Inquiry techniques from Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry, and gentle de-armouring for a greater sense of wellbeing and a sense of wholeness within.

Each session is limited to 12 people and it is recommended to attend the series if possible. Although it is possible to attend only 1 or 2 of the three.

Anyone attending the full series receives two free 60-minute virtual group somatic journeys within the container.

Part III: A prayer for Humanity

What is our relationship to humanity? How do we see ourselves in relationship to the greater world? What are our greatest hopes for us as a collective? We will explore ourselves in relationship to the greater living organism.

Collective breathwork experience, symbiosis, breathing in unison using touch, contact and conscious connected breath.

Movement practice.

Guided meditation and inquiry into our relationship with collective humanity and each other.

About the facilitator:

Daniel H. Miceli is a storyteller, ritualist, certified Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release® practitioner and trained in Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry®. They have over ten years of experience facilitating plant medicine ceremonies and a background in immersive storytelling and ritual theater; weaving together diverse modalities to create safe and sacred spaces for personal and collective healing journeys – helping their clients work through past traumas, connect to their inner-wisdom and unlock their creative life force.

Investment

There is a sliding scale payment system to ensure accessibility while honoring the expertise and energy infused into these sessions.

You are invited to choose a fee within the following range, based on your individual financial capacity:

• Individual Sessions: 40€ to 80€

• Complete Series: 110€ to 220€
