Let's Move with Clay: The Art of Letting Go Through Movement and Sculpture

  • Dock 11 79 Kastanienallee Berlin, BE, 10435 Germany (map)

Hosted by Seanal Yu & Victoria Ng from Extra Piñata

As we step into a season of renewal and reflection, Seanal and Victoria have curated an experience that combines body movement and clay sculpting so individuals can unlock new dimensions of connection and expression.

This unique session is designed to challenge and shift our conventional perceptions of control, attachment, and communication. It's a space for anyone seeking to explore the depths of unspoken dialogue and the liberation that comes from releasing the grip of preconceived notions. Whether you're navigating the complexities of self-expression, yearning for a deeper connection with others, or simply curious about the interplay between physical form and emotional release, this workshop offers a path to discover and embrace your untapped potential.

Crafted with the belief that true understanding and healing can emerge from the most unexpected forms of play and creativity, our time together promises to be a journey of silent collaboration, expressive movement, and profound unattachment. It's an invitation to let go of the need for control, to communicate beyond words, and to experience the powerful insights that arise when we truly listen with our bodies and our hearts.

  • Reflective Sharing: Closing circles will offer a space to share insights and reflections, fostering a community of understanding and support.

This workshop isn't just an event; it's a testament to the power of letting go and the beauty of discovering new ways to connect and communicate. It's a call to those ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, to embrace the unknown, and to find strength in vulnerability. About Victoria

Victoria Ng, is a multi-potential designer and play coach, always drawing inspiration from the stories of life - the awkward bits, the uncertainties, and all their complexities. Deeply inspired by the intersection between creativity and mental wellbeing, it led her to write her thesis on 'Designing for Emotional Resilience' and earn a Certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy, where she discovered the profound impact art can have on our wellbeing.

With her work at Extra Pinata, she aims to inspire others to play, imagine, create, and connect. She believes playing isn't just a child's game or an outlet for relaxation; it's a creative and soothing path to healing and reigniting our natural curiosity. In the hustle of adult life, we often forget how important play is, and Victoria's on a mission to reignite the joy of play.
