Experiences, feelings and traumas manifest in our body. This workshop offers you a space to dive deep into your body - strengthening the body's intelligence and intuition through conscious and mindful movement and breathing.
Allow yourself to explore, feel, relax, process and let go of your body on the deepest level. Following the impulses of the body, giving up control of our mind and getting to know each other in a new way, through movements "outside the box".
Yin derives from the Chinese concept of Taoism yin and yang. Yin is attributed to the calm, soft, feminine, passive and lunar energy. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses (asanas) for several minutes, stretching our deeper connective tissue, fascia, and tendons. By holding it for a long time, various meridians (energy channels in the body) are addressed and possible blockages are released.
Intuition is the ability to make decisions unconsciously. So often we overthink and delegate responsibility to our minds. But what if everything we need to know is already within us? Intuitive Movement and Yin Yoga allows you to connect with your intuition and inner wisdom.
