Breathing consciously and paying attention can have tremendous health benefits. This five-week process allows you to integrate simple breathing techniques in your everyday life and continue autonomously afterward.

We're meeting every Sunday evening to do breathing rituals together and understand the principles and foundation so you can make the practice work for your unique life.
Dates for the live classes:
April 24: Monday evening for opening circle
April 30: Sunday evening
May 7: Sunday evening
May 14: Sunday evening
May 21: Sunday evening for closing circle
Every day you will receive input, like videos, audios and reflective questions.
We will hold each other accountable to do at least one breath meditation (approx 5-8 min per video) per day.
Besides your daily routine and the live classes, you are invited to do the theory at your own pace.

About the prices:
I have decided to work with a sliding scale which works on the values of fairly recognizing your financial abilities and practicing solidarity.
Reduced ticket: 149€ (booked by students, people with (currently) little disposable income, people registered at Jobcenter or Arbeitsamt.)
Regular ticket: 195€ (people who have a regular and steady income and wish to pay the regular price.)
Solidarity ticket: 246€ (this ticket allows me to offer reduced-price tickets. If you can spare some money, please give the possibility to others with the less financial freedom to participate.)
Bring a friend: 298€ (Book for two people and bring your friend/lover/partner to do the journey together.)
