You’re invited to celebrate the end of the love month with a beautiful reflection and a creative session, where you'll dive deep into your heart's needs and desires. By placing your heart on the table, you’ll be encouraged to be honest with yourself and acknowledge how you truly feel in that moment. With the help of art, you will paint and shape a human heart, embracing your unique colors. Guided by the mantra "The heart has it's reasons which the mind cannot know", the session will begin with a guided meditation to strengthen the connection to our hearts and then embrace the therapeutic effects of creation without constraints and expectations. This workshop focuses on exploring the connection with our hearts, fostering genuine and uninhibited self-expression. Remember, you are the artist and the world is your canvas!

Whether you consider yourself an artist or not, you are warmly welcome here, regardless of age, background, or artistic experience. No prior artistic skills are necessary—just bring an open heart, a willingness to explore, and a desire to connect with your inner-self through the transformative power of intuitive heart creation and meditation.
What to bring:
All materials are provided! You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Aprons will be provided to protect your clothes and support you expressing yourself freely without worrying. Just bring yourself, and we'll take care of the rest!
