Come join in a group guided quantum session to connect to different kingdoms of Earth: the crystals, the plants, the mushrooms and the animals.
Quantum healing sessions help you to enter a deeply relaxed state and connect with the part of you that knows all and understands the journey and lessons of your soul, often referred to as the Higher Self, as well as to any other being or collective energy in the universe. Doing this in a group can be powerful and connective – and intentionally sharing and experiencing it together can help us gain deeper insight than when we do meditative journeys on our own.
Olivia learned how to guide quantum healing sessions using QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique, developed by Dolores Cannon) BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) and Introspective Hypnosis - as well as how to explore other spaces in reiki and shamanism courses. Her biggest curiosity is always around the plant, mushroom and mineral kingdoms, and she wants to help you connect more regularly and deeply to their messages and the messages of the Earth. Her role during the experience is to creatively serve as an intuitive guide into and through this mind state, asking questions that assist you in receiving and understanding the messages, metaphors, visions and healing that comes through you.
Besides this, quantum healing methods can help us connect to our imagination and intuition and receive answers around the questions we have in life at the moment, as well as access our self-healing capabilities and knowledge about our life paths.
The term "quantum" in QHHT refers to the idea that during the session, the person is able to tap into a higher level of consciousness, beyond their individual self, and access a universal consciousness – that includes the different plant, animal, mushroom and crystal kingdoms!

After the journey we will ground the experience by sharing and talking together. This can help us to understand the subtle messages from our subconscious and the themes we currently share within the group! Often more than one person will have received similar messages.

About Olivia
Olivia Sayward is a designer and visual storyteller, healing facilitator, cook and plant nerd. Obsessed with cooking, bringing back connective yet grounded rituals, and all things plants and creativity, she went searching for more information around one plant – cacao – and stumbled into Chiapas, Mexico. A whole other world of herbalism and ways of working with the plant kingdom opened, as well as further ways to connect to each other and our creativity. Since then, promoting connecting to Earth and our empowering creativity and imagination has become one of her focuses - whether that be in workshops, through graphic design, in the culinary arts or in 1-on-1 quantum healing or handpoke tattoo sessions.
